Solution If you have created a Publisher account but did not manage to pay your registartion fee you will be prevented from logging into your account. To activate your account please make payment here: http://www.elertgadget.com/pubpaypal.php

Once you have made payment please submit a support ticket advising how payment was made (including any payment ref) plus your account user name and admin will manually upgrade your account so that you can login and start creating eLert Gadgets and sending eLerts.
